This is one of two 'Norfolk Island Early Botanical Art' stamps.

Common-name: Bastard Oak
Growing  to  around  15  metres  tall,  it  is mostly limited to isolated stands within and immediately 
  surrounding the Norfolk Island National Park. This species endemic to Norfolk Island, and the 
 genus Ungeria is found nowhere else in the world.
The original artwork is by convict John Doody who was onboard the ship Admiral Barrington,
  captained by William Patterson, which visited Norfolk Island in 1791.
