| PROJECT INTERESTS | I am currently the Collections Coordinator at the Australian National Herbarium. I oversee the day to day running of the collection including the Loans & Exchange Program and the Volunteer Mounting Program and I am also involved in aspects of the curation, mounting and data entry of herbarium collections for such projects as Australia’s Virtual Herbarium, Water for a Healthy Country and the Atlas of Living Australia. My research interests are in the family Amaranthaceae, with the aim of the project being to complete a treatment of the family for the Flora of Australia. A revision of the genus Gomphrena has been published, as well as a Conspectus of Amaranthus. Work is underway in Alternanthera. | |
